Like the old Laube, it cuts hair like butter, and makes fast work of, not only shave downs, but all types of uniform (same length) cuts. With the speed, blades get hot, so you have to keep tabs of the blade temperature, and keep rotating blades often. Still has the speed of the old one, and really does a nice job.
